Terms and Conditions for Home Healer Consultations

This document outlines the Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) for consultations with Tanvir Anowar, operating as Home Healer under Venus Holistic Properties Limited.

By proceeding with a consultation, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Voluntary Engagement

The Client confirms that they are engaging in the consultation willingly, without any external influence or coercion. The services provided are based on spiritual, astrological, and Vastu knowledge, and the Consultant does not claim to provide guaranteed results.

2. Refund Policy

  • The Client may request a refund of the consultancy fee if dissatisfied, within 30 days from the date of payment.

  • Refunds are strictly limited to the consultancy fee. Any expenses incurred for travel, third-party products, or services procured on the Client’s behalf are non-refundable.

  • The Consultant reserves the right to refund the full amount and cancel the consultation at any time. In such cases, the Client waives the right to make any further claims.

3. Remedial Measures Disclaimer

The Consultant may suggest remedial measures based on astrology and Vastu principles. The Client acknowledges that:

  • Any recommended practices, rituals, gemstones, or other solutions are undertaken at the Client’s own risk and responsibility.

  • The Consultant shall not be liable for any outcomes—positive, negative, or neutral—arising from the Client’s use of these remedies.

4. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding the consultation details:

  • The Client shall not disclose any advice, findings, or communication with the Consultant to any third party without written consent.

  • The Consultant shall keep the Client’s personal details and consultation records confidential, except where required by law.

5. Consultation Terms

  • Each booking covers a single consultation for one person only.

  • Any additional queries or follow-ups require a separate booking. The Client should not expect free follow-up sessions.

  • The Consultant provides advice based on astrological and Vastu interpretations, which may vary according to different traditions and schools of thought.

6. Liability Limitation

The Client understands and agrees that:

  • The consultation is for guidance purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or professional advice.

  • The Consultant shall not be responsible for any decisions, actions, or consequences arising from the consultation.

  • The services provided are non-medical and non-therapeutic.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably; if unresolved, they shall be subject to the jurisdiction of UK courts.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking and proceeding with the consultation, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms stated above.
